Rubin Observatory Camera Lens
This photo shows the largest lens of the Vera C. Rubin Observatory camera, after it was polished and coated with a broadband antireflective coating by Safran-Reosc. The lens measures 1.57 meters (61 inches) across, making it the largest optical lens in the world.
