Gemini South Telescope and Photovoltaic System
The Gemini South telescope, one half of the International Gemini Observatory, operated by NSF's NOIRLab, and the nearby photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic panels were installed in 2016 and provide roughly 20% of the power needed to run the telescope.
