Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory
Happiness is a weather-tight dome. With the SOAR dome complete and able to stand up to the worst of the winter weather the project team is now concentrating its efforts on assembly of the telescope mount with expert on-site assistance provided by mount manufacturer vertex RSI.
