Accretion Disk around binary star system WZ Sge - new model

An artist's concept of the new model of an accretion disk as it might appear around the binary star system WZ Sge. This new concept using new data from Kitt Peak National Observatory and the Spitzer Space Telescope includes an asymmetric outer disk of dark matter.
