Gravitational lens found in the DESI Legacy Surveys data
An example of a gravitational lens found in the DESI Legacy Surveys data. The four identical blue dots near the center of DESI-220.4549+14.6891 are four images of the same background galaxy (an example of an Einstein cross). The red galaxy at the center is the gravitational lens responsible for creating this mirage.
