INRIA Workshop Tucson March 2018

A two-day workshop to conclude Phase I of the Observatory Control System (OCS) Monitor Project (a.k.a. INRIA) was held in Tucson on March 13-14. At the workshop, members of the LSST Data Management, Camera, and Telescope & Site subsystems met with France- and Chile-based colleagues from INRIA (the French Institute of Research for Computer Science and Automation), LSST’s partner and vendor on this project. The meeting focussed on progress updates and determined a path forward for the next phase. The objective for the OCS Monitor Project is to design and build the Operator User Interface for the LSST Summit Control Room. Photo submitted by: Andy Clements, Senior Software Engineer.
